ShoreLine Hideaway is a cute little cottage, offering a hidden hideaway that is close to the beach.

The cosy air-conditioned open plan living area consists of a comfortable lounge suite and a 5 seat dining table. The beautifully appointed kitchen includes an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.

ShoreLine Hideaway has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.

The modern bathroom has a rain shower, vanity unit and toilet.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

Double glass doors in the living area open onto a fully fenced and private yard. There is an outdoor table with seating on a decked area and also a bench seat in front of a chiminea.

ShoreLine Hideaway is located at Tootgarook which is flanked by Rye and Rosebud with their excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. The tea tree foreshore in this area faces some of the Mornington Peninsula's best beaches with beautiful white sand and where safe swimming in shallow waters and spectacular bay views can be enjoyed.

This property offers perfect holiday accommodation all year round. Enjoy water activities in the summer, while during the colder times of the year take brisk walks along the beach.

At the front of the property is a two storey beach house with 4 bedrooms that sleeps up to 10 people, called ShoreLine. It is completely separate and private from this cottage, however it shares the driveway. Both properties can be combined and booked together, otherwise they are available for individual rental.
