The ground floor has an open plan living area with a lounge that has a comfortable sofa in front of a gas fireplace and Smart TV. There is a dining table and a large fully-equipped kitchen that includes a coffee machine and dishwasher.
Glass sliding doors open from the lounge area onto a secure and private front terrace with native plants. From the kitchen, doors lead to a rear entertaining courtyard. There is a large dining table, BBQ, heated outdoor spa and small section of lawn.
Upstairs are two comfortable living spaces which are separated by a central two way fireplace. One living area has couches from where you can enjoy views of the bay from the windows, while the other living area has a leather lounge suite in front of a Smart TV which opens onto a rear balcony that overlooks the outdoor entertaining area.
Shore Line has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

Shore Line is located at Tootgarook which is flanked by Rye and Rosebud with their excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. The tea tree foreshore in this area faces some of the Mornington Peninsula's best beaches with beautiful white sand and where safe swimming in shallow waters and spectacular bay views can be enjoyed.
