This family beach house features an open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a wood fire, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, Smart TV with Netflix, lounge suite and dining table. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.
This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Linen is provided for the king bed. Guests will need to bring linen for the other beds and also towels.
At the front of the home is a large verandah with seating that overlooks the garden. There is paved area with an outdoor table, gas BBQ and a fire pit for the cooler months. The garden surrounding the home is well maintained and fully fenced.
Games, boogie boards, beach cricket equipment and tennis racquets are supplied for guests to use during their stay.
Sunshine Rise is conveniently located right in the centre of Sandy Point. Take a 3 minute walk around the corner to the general store. Then cross the road and follow the track down to the surf club and patrolled beach.
Sunshine Rise provides a central base to explore this beautiful part of the South Gippsland coast. Drive 11 minutes to the secluded beachfront community of Waratah Bay or 25 minutes to the entrance of Wilsons Promontory National Park. Within a 20 to 25 minute drive are the towns of Fish Creek and Foster.
