Relax at Port Albert Waterview Retreat on the front verandah and take in the panoramic views of Nooramunga Marine and Coastal Park, and Wilsons Promontory in the distance.

You will love the peace and quiet of this secluded, fully self-contained, 3 bedroom holiday house.

The uninterrupted views are a feature of the house, and they can be enjoyed from the living room and two main bedrooms, as well as the front verandah. You can also view a wide variety of bird life on the waters of the Park, and the spectacular sunsets are not to be missed.

Nestled in a quiet street on half an acre of garden and lawn, the house has accommodation for up to six. It is ideal for adult couples or a family.

• Bluewater room - one queen bed
• Silverwater room - one queen bed (becomes The Frida Room over winter and by request)
• Garden room - two single beds

Inspired by the Bendigo Art Gallery's recent wonderful exhibition on Frida Kahlo, a beautiful room has been created at Port Albert Waterview Retreat with all things Frida! Book a break and immerse yourself in the books about Frida, see the movie, Frida, on Netflix in front of the roaring wood fire while enjoying the water views and watching the kangaroos hop past at dawn and dusk. The Frida Room is only available during the winter months and upon advance request.

All linen and bedding is supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. There are two porta-cots available upon request. There is a reverse-cycle heating/cooling air-conditioner in the living areas for your comfort.

The modern fully-equipped kitchen has everything - from a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Smeg dual fuel stove, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine, through to cutlery, crockery, glassware, and saucepans.

The bathroom has a luxury freestanding bath and a separate shower, and there is also a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine. Plenty of under cover clothes line as well as an outdoor clothes line.

In winter, relax in front of the Coonara wood heater and soak up its warmth. For your entertainment, the living room also has plenty of books and games and toys for little ones, as well as a Smart TV and a Bluetooth radio/CD player. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There are two large decks both with outdoor furniture and one deck has a gas BBQ as well. There is room for 2 cars under the carport, and plenty of room to park and turn your boat/s elsewhere on the property.

The property is not fenced and is therefore not suitable for pets.

Port Albert Waterview Retreat is just 400 metres from the Port Albert boat ramp. The Old Port Walking Trail passes the front door and leads to Stockyard Point where you can enjoy fish and chips on the wharf.

Off-peak: (1st February to 17th December)
2 or more nights - $260 per night

Peak: (18th December to 31st January, public holidays, long weekends and school holidays)
2 or more nights - $290 per night

Return guests receive a 15% discount on their first night's stay - all year round.

Cleaning fee:
$85 per booking

Plus 7.5% State Government Short Stay Levy applies

Minimum stay lengths may apply during:
Easter, Christmas / New Year, long weekends and public holidays.
