The open-plan living area is a light-filled space which includes split-system air-conditioning and heating, a wood fire, 65 inch TV with Netflix and dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

This property has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

Pillows, doonas and blankets are supplied. Guests will need to either bring their own sheets and towels, otherwise they can be supplied for a cost of $55 per person.

Outside is an entertaining area with a BBQ and an enclosed yard for little kids and pets. A covered area with a roller door is provided for one vehicle.

Nightly rates from:

Mid-February to mid-December:
Midweek (Sunday to Thursday) - $295 per night (minimum 2 nights)
Weekends (Friday and Saturday) - $325 per night (minimum 2 nights)
School holidays, long weekends and event weekends - $350 per night (minimum 3 nights)

Mid-December to mid-February:
$3,825 per week
$600 per night if there are spare dates between bookings

A cleaning fee of $125 applies.
