The Sands Torquay

The Sands Torquay is situated at Torquay's northern headland, overlooking the extensive foreshore reserve at Whites Beach.

The resort consists of two 3-level buildings which overlook the surrounding golf course and coastal dunes. There are 112 luxuriously appointed rooms, all featuring a contemporary design and TV with Foxtel channels, mini hi-fi system, air-conditioning, private balcony or terrace, and 24 hour room service. Surrounding The Sands Torquay is a championship golf course with 18 challenging holes and a driving range. It has been moulded into the sand dunes and was designed by professional golfer Stuart Appleby.
