Bluey House is a true home away from home, nestled behind the coastal sand dunes of Lady Bay. It is perfect for a cosy winter getaway or a family summer adventure.

The main living room at the front of the home is light and relaxing, offering warm sunset views. A Smart TV is mounted above a gas log fire, with the rest of the home kept cosy and warm with ducted heating. The adjoining meals area has a dining table and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and stove, fridge, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is an apple supply of dishes, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

There is a second living room which is very spacious and features comfortable couches, a Smart TV, book library and board games.

The walls of this welcoming home have been turned into a gallery with unique and treasured artwork on display throughout.

This home has 3 generous bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is one bathroom.

All linen is provided including luxurious 100% cotton towels.

Outside is a sheltered entertaining area complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The private backyard is fully fenced and includes a hot shower where you can wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Everything you need for an outdoor fire pit can be supplied upon request.

Bluey House is located directly across the road from large open coastal heathlands. Take a short 4 minute walk through the sand dunes to the beautiful East Warrnambool beach where the roar of the Southern Ocean fills the air. Play, rest, dream, find inspiration, adventure or simply immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Disconnect from the outside world and create wonderful beachside memories with family and friends.

For those who love the great outdoors, Warrnambool ticks all the boxes. There are unspoiled beaches, popular surf breaks and incredible fishing spots. Try snorkelling at the Merri Marine Sanctuary next to Middle Island. There are huge schools of zebrafish, wrasse and sweep, while a quick dive below the surface will reveal crayfish and abalone. Head to the end of Warrnambool's breakwater and watch teenagers jump into the sheltered bay from a great height. The nearby sheltered estuary waters of the Hopkins River is a brilliant spot for stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and other water sports. Cast a line and try your luck at ocean or freshwater fishing.

$290 - low season rate
$550 - high season rate

A $120 linen and cleaning fee applies to all stays.

During high season a 5 night minimum stay applies, but this may be able to be reduced upon request.
