Hearns Beachside Villa 9 is a luxurious holiday property perched above the white sand dunes of Port Fairy's South Beach.

This upmarket villa features ultra modern furnishings and has been architecturally designed to capture views of the Southern Ocean from its exclusive beachfront location.

The open plan living area has gleaming polished floor boards and is bathed in natural light, with floor to ceiling windows offering stunning water views. There is a relaxing sitting area with a wall-mounted TV, cosy gas log fire and air-conditioner. The meals area has a dining table which seats 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser and modern appliances.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Outside is a sheltered courtyard with a BBQ. The extensive outdoor deck at the rear has a dining table that overlooks the beach. There are deck chairs on the lawn where you can sit and relax while enjoying mesmerising views of the ocean.

From the back of the villa, follow the foreshore track down to the sandy ocean beach and rocks. A 30 minute walk along the coast and through parkland will take you into the heart of Port Fairy with its historic streetscape, fascinating shops and cafes.
