10 Ocean Drive is a resort-style property where you can enjoy the ultimate coastal getaway directly overlooking the beach.
This two storey holiday home is decorated and furnished with a coastal and retro theme, well equipped with everything you could need and more for your stay.
Downstairs is the main living room which extends along the width of the home. This spacious area has large windows that offer water views, two sitting areas, a wall mounted TV, gas log fire and air-conditioner. Walk through to the adjoining meals area which includes a dining table that seats 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
Upstairs is a second living area, cosy in size but big on views. It has a sliding glass door that opens onto a long balcony which provides stunning 180 degree beach vistas.
This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

A highlight of this property is its enviable beachfront location, located directly across the road from Pea Soup Beach with its pristine sands and sheltered swimming area.
Walk 18 minutes through parkland and into the heart of Port Fairy with its historic streetscape, fascinating shops and cafes.
