Views on Broadway is a beautifully presented home that is split over 3 levels, offering water views. With multiple living areas, it is ideal for large or extended families, or a group of friends.
The entry level on the ground floor consists of a spacious air-conditioned open plan living area with a TV, lounge suite and 8 seat dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Also on this level is a delightful sun room with a bar fridge and laundry facilities. A door from the dining area leads to a covered and paved patio with an outdoor sofa, seats and gas BBQ.
The upper level has its own air-conditioned living area with a lounge suite in front of a wall-mounted TV. A glass door leads onto a partially covered wrap around deck which provides panoramic water views towards the Phillip Island bridge.
The lower level consists of a two car tandem garage, with one parking spot occupied by a multi-use pool and table tennis table. Next to the garage is a covered entertaining area with an 8 seat outdoor setting and cafe heater. This opens onto a fully enclosed and private grassed backyard. Access to the backyard is also available from The Broadway which is a road that runs along the side of this corner property.
Views on Broadway has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 13 people.

Take a 4 minute walk to scenic Lions Park which is perched on a cliff top above the beach and has a playground and picnic shelters. From here, walk another couple of minutes along the track through the foreshore and down to the sandy beach below.
Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).
Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
