This beautiful light-filled home features a downstairs open plan living area with a wall-mounted TV, cosy wood heater (firewood supplied) and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and a selection of condiments. Retractable glass doors from the living area open onto a large outdoor entertaining area. This fully covered deck has a generous dining table, sweep fan, BBQ, wicker lounges and a hanging swing chair.
Upstairs is a second living area with a lounge suite, work desk and double glass doors that open onto a covered balcony.
The home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people.

Verandah Retreat is perfectly positioned in a quiet residential area, just one street back from the beach where you can enjoy panoramic views across the bay towards French Island and the Mornington Peninsula. Walk 3 minutes to the water's edge or 10 minutes along Lovers Walk to the cafes, restaurants and shops of Cowes.
