Sandy at Cowes

Sandy at Cowes is an exceptional holiday property on the eastern side of Cowes, close to the beach.

The property is ideal for two families and consists of two units that are exclusively booked together - the spacious front home "Sandy" and the cosy cottage "The Shack" at the back.

Both "Sandy" and "The Shack" are air-conditioned units that including a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, a dining space, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. "Sandy" is a newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms while "The Shack" is a two bedroom cottage.

Sandy at Cowes has a combined total of 5 bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 11.

In the living room of "The Shack" is a divan which is suitable for a child.

Bi-fold doors from the kitchen in "Sandy" open onto a huge deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ. "The Shack" has a smaller north facing deck. There is a fold-up table tennis table in the carport, a basketball ring in the backyard and a garden shed which can be used to store beach gear.

A carport and long driveway provides ample parking for two cars and a boat.

Sandy at Cowes is located 250 metres from the beach, close to the popular Lovers Walk area and near the Phillip Island Golf Club. The main street of Cowes, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is just over one kilometre from the property.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
