Penguins by the Beach is a modern and stylish two storey townhouse, located near the beach and town centre of Cowes.

This delightful and superb townhouse features a spacious upstairs open plan living area consisting of a lounge with TV and DVD player, a 6 seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. This area opens onto a balcony with seating. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry and air-conditioning on both levels.

Penguins by the Beach can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 7. There are 3 bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds and built-in robes.

Penguins by the Beach is part of the Sails On Beach Street complex which consists of 19 townhouses in a resort-style setting. Enjoy shared use of a solar-heated in-ground pool and a sheltered BBQ area, all surrounded by lawns. There are security gates at all entrances to the complex and vehicle parking is available in a single remote-controlled lock-up garage.

Penguins by the Beach is located just 200 metres from the beach near the Cowes Yacht Club. An easy stroll of 500 metres will take you in the heart of the Cowes shopping and dining precinct.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
