Penguin Place

Penguin Place is a modern two storey townhouse situated within an easy walk of the beach and shops in Cowes.

Upstairs is a large air-conditioned open plan living area. There is a comfortable corner lounge suite in front of a Smart TV with Foxtel channels, DVD player and movie library. The adjacent meals area has a dining table with 6 seats and there are stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors from the upstairs living area open onto a sunny balcony. There is an outdoor setting, a large shade umbrella and gas BBQ.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living area with a couch, TV and speaker dock.

Penguin Place has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed, walk-in robe

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside is a small fenced rear yard where children can safely play.

The single garage provides parking for one car and also additional access to the backyard. Space for an extra 3 cars, including a boat, is available along the driveway and in front of the garage.

Penguin Place is located within a 5 minute walk of Thompson Avenue which is lined with many shops, restaurants and cafes. It is a 7 minute walk to the sandy beach next to Cowes Yacht Club.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
