Glen Isla Seaside is a beautifully renovated two storey home, located just steps from the beach and boasting 180 degree waterfront views.

The main living area is located upstairs. This open plan space is air-conditioned and bathed in natural light from large windows which offer water views. There is a comfortable lounge suite in front of a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV and a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, large fridge, bar fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. From the meals area, step through sliding glass doors onto a huge semi-covered balcony where you can enjoy incredible views. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 10 people.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living room with a lounge suite and a wall-mounted 55 inch Smart TV with a DVD player and small library of movies. This living area provides access to a covered deck with a dining table that overlooks the back yard. Also on this level is a European laundry with a washing machine.

Glen Isla Seaside has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people.

For those that want to stay right next to the beach, Glen Isla Seaside offers the perfect location. Simply open the gate in the back yard, walk through the car park and foreshore, and you will reach the sandy beach. There is a boat ramp and excellent cafe located at the entrance to the car park. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 2 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
