Findlay on the Bay is a delightful two storey townhouse in the centre of Cowes, just around the corner from the foreshore reserve and beach.

On the ground floor is a spacious air-conditioned open plan living area. It includes a comfortable lounge setting, TV, DVD player and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge. Part of the garage at the front of the property has been converted into a rumpus room with a Smart TV, couch and work desk.

Findlay on the Bay can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8. There are 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs, with comfortable bedding.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, balcony overlooking surrounding gardens
• Bedroom 2 - one double bed
• Bedroom 3 - one set of single bunks, single bed, single trundle bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Combined downstairs bathroom / laundry - shower, wash basin, toilet, washing machine, clothes dryer
• Upstairs bathroom - shower over spa bath, vanity unit, toilet

The sunlit lounge area opens onto a paved patio with an outdoor setting and BBQ. This overlooks a large fully fenced communal yard that offers plenty of room for children to play.

There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.

Findlay on the Bay is located just 100 metres from the main Cowes beach. Take a 400 metre stroll along The Esplanade to the main shopping and dining precinct on Thompson Avenue.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
