Cscape3 is a beachfront apartment that boasts stunning views over the bay, conveniently located in the centre of Cowes.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of C-Scape building which consists of 17 modern and luxurious apartments.

At the front of the apartment is a spacious open plan living area which is air-conditioned and includes comfortable sofas, a 50 inch Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a fully covered ground floor front terrace that overlooks the shady foreshore and Cowes beach. The terrace has two tables and seating for up to 10 people. Also accessible from the living area is a secluded side courtyard with a gas BBQ.

Cscape3 has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

There are 2 bathrooms.

Parking is available for two cars in the communal basement garage.

Directly across the road from Cscape3 is the foreshore and beach. Enjoy views down to the jetty and across the bay towards French Island.

A one minute walk away at the end of the street is Erehwon Park which has a fantastic playground, BBQ shelters, picnic areas, outdoor showers and sweeping 180 degree views of the water.

Walk 3 minutes to Cowes Jetty and 4 minutes to Thompson Avenue which is lined with an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
