Cowes Sunset Retreat is a modern double storey holiday home with an outdoor spa, situated close to the sandy beach.

With living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms located on both levels, this home is ideal for a large family or group of friends.

The main living area is located on the ground floor and is air-conditioned for year round comfort. This large open plan living space includes a lounge suite in front of a 65 inch Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 burner gas cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. Across the hallway from the kitchen is a study with a work desk.

Upstairs is a second living room complete with a lounge suite, Smart TV and reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

Cowes Sunset Retreat has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.

• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - queen bed, direct access to bathroom

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There are 3 bathrooms.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

The living area at the rear of the home opens onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and table which seats 6 people. Next to the table is an enormous 10 seater electric heated swim spa and an outdoor shower. The surrounding back garden is fully fenced and private.

While the garage is unavailable for guest use, there is parking for 2 vehicles or a boat on the driveway, plus additional parking on the street.

Take a relaxing 4 minute stroll to the lovely sandy beach where there is a boat ramp and excellent cafe. The shops, restaurants and cafes in the centre of Cowes are a 2 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
