Brooklya by the Beach

Brooklya by the Beach is a modern two storey townhouse in a prime location near the beach and the town centre of Cowes.

Upstairs is the main living area. This air-conditioned space features a lounge area with a huge couch in front of a 70 inch Smart TV with a Bluetooth soundbar, PlayStation 2 and some games. There is a dining table that seats 8 people and stools under the kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door opens from the upstairs living area out onto a large balcony which is protected from the elements with an electric folding arm awning. The balcony has a gas BBQ and an outdoor settings that seats 10 people. Enjoy glimpses of the water in the distance.

Downstairs is a second living area which is air-conditioned and includes a sofa, small dining table and a 42 inch TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth soundbar and PlayStation 3.

Brooklya by the Beach has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

• Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - king bed, private balcony overlooking the pool
• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - two tri-bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top)
• Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - queen bed
• Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - queen bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Upstairs bathroom - shower, vanity unit, separate toilet
• Downstairs bathroom - shower above half size hip bath, vanity unit, toilet

In the downstairs bathroom is a European laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer and wash trough.

Inside the single remote-controlled lock-up garage is a table tennis table which can be folded up to make room for a car. For those with an electric vehicle, charging is available using the garage power points if you bring your own charger. There is space for another vehicle or boat in front of the garage.

At the rear of this property is a fully fenced courtyard with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Brooklya by the Beach is part of the Sails On Beach Street complex which consists of 19 townhouses in a resort-style setting. Enjoy shared use of a solar-heated in-ground pool and a sheltered BBQ area, all surrounded by lawns. There are security gates at all entrances to the complex. There are also unreserved communal parking spots.

Brooklya by the Beach is located just 200 metres from the beach near the Cowes Yacht Club. An easy stroll of 500 metres will take you in the heart of Cowes for all your shopping and dining needs.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
