Beachfront Penthouse is a luxurious Mediterranean-style apartment in the heart of Cowes with stunning water views.

This family friendly apartment is superbly furnished and decorated. It features a vast air-conditioned living area with a giant TV and DVD player, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and 6 seat dining table.

Step through glass sliding doors from the living area onto a large balcony that offers panoramic views down to the beach, jetty and across the bay. This stunning outdoor space has a 6 seat table, recliner beach chairs and a gas BBQ.

Beachfront Penthouse can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8. There are 3 bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds.

• Bedroom 1 - one queen bed, large TV, DVD player, huge ensuite with corner spa
• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed
• Bedroom 3 - two single beds

There are also two top quality fold-out beds.

The apartment has two bathrooms - an ensuite and a main bathroom with a shower and bath.

Vehicle parking is provided in a secure remote controlled single garage.

Beachfront Penthouse is located directly across the road from the popular main beach at Cowes and 100 metres from the jetty. Downstairs are a selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaway food outlets. Around the corner is the main shopping and dining strip of Thompson Avenue.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
