Beachfront Bliss is an amazing apartment with million dollar views that directly overlooks the beach in the heart of Cowes.

The centrepiece of this apartment is a huge open plan living area with water views. This air-conditioned space includes a set of sumptuous couches, a 65 inch Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto an incredible balcony that faces the water. This huge semi-covered balcony has an outdoor setting which seats 8 people and a gas BBQ. From here, enjoy stunning 180 degree views over the main beach and towards Cowes Jetty, the Mornington Peninsula and French Island.

Beachfront Bliss has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

Beachfront Bliss is located within a block of 12 apartments that make up the Bayview Grande complex. It sits above a row of shops along The Esplanade. Access to the apartment is via an elevator or stairs from the central lobby which has an entrance onto The Esplanade. A laneway off Thompson Avenue provides access to the rear of the apartment complex.

All 12 apartments have access via a central courtyard to an indoor heated swimming pool (6.5 metres by 2.7 metres), a 6 person hot spa, change rooms and toilets.

There is one dedicated car parking spot in the shared underground car park which is accessible via a lift

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
