Bayside Views is an exclusive and luxurious two storey townhouse with a roof top deck that offers panoramic water views, just steps from the beach. It provides executive class accommodation for your next business trip, romantic getaway or fun family holiday with the kids.

The stunning 35 m² roof top deck has an outdoor table that seats 6 people and a gas BBQ. The views from this sunny north facing open deck are incredible. They extend over the yacht club, the beach and across the bay towards the Mornington Peninsula and French Island.

The upstairs living area is a spacious air-conditioned open plan space with large windows providing water views. There is a comfortable set of couches, a large TV and a dining table that seats 6 people. Sliding glass doors from the dining area open onto a balcony where water views can be enjoyed. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living area with a 55 inch Smart TV and retro inspired seating.

Bayside Views has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

At the rear of this home is a fully fenced courtyard. A gate in the back fence conveniently provides direct access to the beach next to the yacht club.

The garage with remote controlled door provides secure parking for one car and is directly accessible from within the home. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the property.

Bayside Views is located directly behind the Cowes Yacht Club. Take a 6 minute walk into the town centre of Cowes with its many cafes, restaurants and shops. Walk just one minute to the beach at the yacht club and 8 minutes to the jetty.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
