Bay Breeze is a modern home unit located just a short stroll from the beach and shops.

Step through the front door into a spacious open plan living area with tiled flooring and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. A comfortable couch and chairs are arranged in front of a 65 inch Smart TV and there is a collection of board games and reading material. The adjoining dining space is bathed in natural light and has a table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, hand blender, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Next to the living area is a study with a sofa and work desk - ideal for those working remotely or to accommodate extra guests.

Bay Breeze has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There are 2 bathrooms.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a small and private rear garden with synthetic grass. There is a wicker lounge setting that seats 4 people and gas BBQ.

The garage with its remote-controlled door provides secure parking for one car. There is additional space on the driveway for another vehicle.

A 4 minute walk to the end of the street will take you to Cowes Yacht Club and a safe sandy swimming beach. The town centre of Cowes, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is only a 5 minute walk away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
