Periwinkle is a tastefully renovated holiday home that is conveniently located close to the sandy beach and shops.

The homely living area has hardwood floors and includes comfortable couches, a large TV and 4 seat dining table. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, a small fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A larger fridge is located in the store room.

A sliding glass door from the lounge area leads to an extended covered deck with a gas BBQ and large dining table.

Periwinkle has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

The living room has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner and there is a portable fan in the store room.

Surrounding this home is a large sun filled garden with a fully enclosed backyard. While the garage is unavailable for guest use, there is plenty of parking available in front of the garage and on the lawn.

Walk less than 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight or take a 2 minute drive to one of the nearby surf beaches. The main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai, which includes a selection of cafes and takeaway shops, is a 7 minute walk away.
