Avalon Cape Woolamai is a neat and tidy family home, located just steps from the beach.

Step through the front door into the cosy open plan living area which includes comfortable sofas, a 60 inch Smart TV, DVD player with a movie library and a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Avalon Cape Woolamai has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed, ensuite, opens onto patio

• Bedroom 3 - two sets of king single bunk beds

There are 2 bathrooms.

Along the side of the home is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, gas BBQ and couches. The surrounding back garden is fully fenced with a large expanse of lawns for children to play, a fire pit (some wood provided to get you started) and a hot outdoor shower. The driveway has space for 4 vehicles, including a boat.

For those who love stay close to the beach, the location of Avalon Cape Woolamai is ideal. The sandy swimming beach is only a 3 minute walk away, or walk 12 minutes in the opposite direction to the surf at Anzacs Beach. For local dining options, take a 3 minute drive to the shops and eateries in the heart of Cape Woolamai.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
