Soho Beach House is a superbly designed and modern two storey holiday home, located in a quiet street near the beach.

With contemporary furnishing and styling, this home has a relaxed and cool beach feel where you can enjoy resort style living. It is perfect for one or two families with living areas and bedrooms on both levels.

The upstairs open plan living area is bathed in natural light and features high ceilings, full length windows and polished timber floorboards. There is a relaxing lounge suite, a large TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. From this living area, sliding glass doors open onto a wrap around entertaining balcony with outdoor furniture and a Weber BBQ. Enjoy views over the town and towards the surrounding hills.

Downstairs is a second spacious living area with a TV and couches which is ideal as a lounge room for kids. The laundry is also located on this level.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

Take a 3 minute walk from Soho Beach House to the end of the street, cross the Great Ocean Road, and you will be overlooking a beautiful sandy beach. The shops and cafes of Apollo Bay are within a 7 minute walk of this home.
