Apollo Bay Eco YHA

Apollo Bay Eco YHA, Apollo Bay
YHA Australia

Looking for a bed that doesn't cost the earth?

Apollo Bay Eco YHA is situated just off the Great Ocean Road, nestled between the bay and the green blanket of the Otways National Park.

The design of the eco-hostel has incorporated techniques to reduce negative environmental impacts, including water recycling, solar panels, clever hostel zoning techniques, and specially designed walls to reduce heat loss in winter.

Conveniently located in Apollo Bay, close to local shops and restaurants, the hostel makes the perfect base to explore the Great Ocean Road attractions. Challenge yourself with the Great Ocean Walk, discover the famous Twelve Apostles of the dizzying heights of the Otway Fly Treetop Walk.

After exploring the Great Ocean Road sites, relax in one of the hostel lounges with wood-heaters, pick a DVD to watch from a bean bag in the television room, or cook up a feast in one of the fully equipped stainless steel kitchens. Don't miss the sea views from the rooftop! There are also deckchairs to relax in and soak up some rays.
