Beach Daze Holiday House

Beach Daze Holiday House is a recently refurbished home located in the heart of Lakes Entrance and close to the shops and beach.

The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling and offers year round comfort with reverse-cycle air-conditioning. There are large comfortable couches in front of a gas log fire and wall-mounted TV.

A sliding glass door leads from the living area outside to a paved entertaining area with a dining table, BBQ and a fire pit with log seating.

Adjacent to the living room is a dining area which has seating for 6. The kitchen is well appointed with a wall oven, electric hotplates, microwave and fridge. A small supply of coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided to get you started when you arrive.

This home can sleep up to 6 people. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a TV and ceiling fan.

All linen is supplied. A portacot and highchair is available.

The bathroom includes a vanity unit, shower and separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with a front load washing machine and ironing facilities.

Guests enjoy use of a pool table, dart board, kid's games and 4 adult/teen bicycles with helmets. There are also some fishing rods and tackle to get you started.

Surrounding the home is a fully enclosed yard with lots of lawn and ample parking for vehicles and a boat.

Take a short stroll to the sandy shoreline of Cunninghame Arm or the main shopping precinct of Lakes Entrance with its supermarket, shops, restaurants. Also within walking distance is the town's cinema, indoor pool and mini golf. A 15 minute walk away is the exhilarating 90 Mile Beach.

In order to keep tariffs low, guests are required to clean all dishes, dry and put them away, strip linen from beds and leave in the laundry basket along with used towels.
