Shearwater Cottage is a charming double storey weatherboard cottage that is full of character and decorated in a French Provincial style.
Downstairs is an inviting lounge room with an enclosed wood fire, a formal dining room with seating for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on this level and a spacious main bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. A shared laundry is attached to the cottage.
Upstairs are another two bedrooms and a second living area which is perfect for kids with a box of toys, books, games and movies to watch on the TV. A second bathroom is located on this level and it has a vanity unit and shower. Glass doors open from the living area onto a sunny balcony where there are relaxing chairs.
This cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

Shearwater Cottage is set on an established garden block with two other cottages and is completely private.
Walk to everything...only 400 metres to Rye front beach and within a 5 minute walk to Rye itself and all it has to offer. Take a picnic to the beach or browse the gift shops, eat in the cafes and award winning restaurants or even have a casual drink at the numerous bars.
