Blakiston House is a beautifully renovated holiday home that is located in a quiet street, just a short walk from the sandy bay beach and Rye's main shopping strip.

The home is tastefully furnished throughout with everything necessary for a relaxing stay provided. Facilities include:

• Two separate living areas with luxury leather lounge suites, DVD/Blu-ray players, a huge selection of movies, books, board games, Xbox 360 game console, children's books and movies
• Dining table that seats 8 to 10 people
• Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, full size fridge/freezer, crockery, cookware, glassware, utensils
• Laundry equipped with a washing machine
• Note: there is no Wi-Fi available

This home has 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and can sleep up to 6 people.

Minimum stay is 2 nights, except public holiday weekends which are 3 nights

Easter:
$320 per night
Minimum stay is 3 nights

1st to 14th December:
$320 per night
Minimum stay is 3 nights

15th December to 31st January:
$350 per night
Minimum stay is 5 nights

February:
$300 per night
Minimum stay is 2 nights

Rates are based on 2 guests. Additional guests (up to 4 extra people) are $30 each per night. Bedrooms not required during stays for smaller groups will be closed off.
