Beach Club Cottages offer a relaxing getaway for couples, small families, friends or those with special needs in beautifully refurbished cottages.

There are two units to choose from, each with similar floor plans and furnishings. Unit 1 has been specifically designed for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Its special features include step-free access, wide doorways, fixed grab rails in both the shower and toilet, a step-free shower and a shower chair.

The open plan living area in each unit is air-conditioned and features a cosy wood fire, comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV / DVD with Chromecast, movies and family board games. There is a dining table which seats 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and cookware.

Each cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom, all with electric blankets. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Linen, blankets, towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The bathroom has an extra large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit.

From the living area a glass sliding door leads onto a fully fenced and private sheltered courtyard. A door from the kitchen leads a second fenced courtyard. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 4 people, providing a quiet place to relax.

The units are professionally cleaned, inspected and prepared before each guest checks in.

The whole property is fully fenced with on-site parking provided for one vehicle per unit. There is a shared common area with lawn, a sand pit and laundry. A vehicle gate at the front of the property has a coded lock.

Take a flat 250 metre walk to the bay beach where you can safely play and swim in the shallow waters.

Beach Club Cottages are located in a quiet residential area of Tootgarook, mid-way between the larger centres of Rye and Rosebud which both have a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Take an 8 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs or explore the nearby acclaimed wineries of the Mornington Peninsula and challenges yourself at several championship golf courses.
