This original beach house has been stylishly renovated inside with bright and contemporary decor. The air-conditioned open plan living area features a comfortable lounge suite, large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, microwave, a double door fridge and dishwasher. A cosy second living room, with seating and a TV, is located at the rear of the home.
There are 4 bedrooms and the home can sleep up to 12 people - 8 adults and 4 children.

The huge backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of outdoor living. There is a sheltered BBQ nook with an outdoor sink, plenty of seating, a fire pit, large mural and retro lighting. The garden shed has been converted into a games room and includes a pool table.
Walk across the road and enjoy a stroll along the Bay Trail in either direction to Rye or Rosebud. Just a few steps through the shady foreshore is the white sandy beach where you can swim safely or just relax in the sun.
