The entry level at the front of the home consists of a master bedroom and a double garage. From this level, there are steps to both the lower and upper split levels.

On the lower level is the living area of this home. It consists of a bright and inviting lounge space with large windows that allow natural light to flood in. This is the ultimate relaxation space with a plush lounge suite and a huge TV mounted above a gas log fire. The adjoining dining area has a table which seats 6 people. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

The upper level is an ideal dedicated space for a family or group with a large bedroom and ensuite.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Master bedroom (entry level) - king bed, TV, air-conditioning, walk-in robe, ensuite
Bedroom 2 (upper level) - queen bed, tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), bookshelf divider between the beds, TV, air-conditioning, ensuite

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Enjoy the best of outdoor living at this home. Bi-fold doors from the dining area open onto a large covered entertaining area, complete with a dining table, bar seating and a gas BBQ. This overlooks the fully fenced backyard which is perfect for kids to play.

Ocean Throughway is situated opposite the beach, only a short walk across the road and along the pathway through the sand dunes to the sandy beach. Four doors down from the home is the buzzing Dawn Cafe where you can enjoy delicious meals and artisan coffee. The main shopping strip at Ocean Grove, along The Terrace, is only a 3 minute drive away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
