Ocean Grace is a fully refurbished and beautifully appointed holiday unit, located close to the Barwon River and walking distance to the main beach.

This family holiday unit is perfect for a beach getaway with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away.

The open plan living area is bathed in natural light and is tastefully decorated. There is a comfortable lounge suite, a large TV, air-conditioning, a relaxing gas log fire and a dining table that seats 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

Folding glass doors which span the width of the living room open onto an enormous and private deck. This entertaining area has an outdoor lounge setting and gas BBQ. At the rear of the unit is a small fenced garden area.

This unit has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people

There is one bathroom.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Ocean Grace is set within a group of units. There is private off-street car parking at the rear of the property with lockable gates.

Take a 3 minute stroll around the corner to the beautiful Barwon River which has a walking and cycling pathway that runs beside the sandy river bank. There is a boat ramp just a few hundred metres away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
