Ocean Breeze is a charming two storey townhouse, perfectly located just a short stroll from the beach.

The downstairs open plan living area is light and airy with large windows and beach style decor. The sitting area has comfortable couches in front of a large Smart TV, gas log fire and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. There is a dining table which seats 6 people and stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 3 bedrooms can can sleep up to 7 people.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, ensuite
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - bunk bed

There are 2 bathrooms.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

A sliding door from the living area opens onto a deck with steps down to the small backyard. There is paved area with an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, surrounded be established trees and shrubs, ensuring your privacy.

While the garage is not available for guest use, there is a dedicated parking spot in front of the garage and also a visitor parking spot.

Ocean Breeze located within a group of 5 townhouses. Take a short 5 minute walk to the beach via the private walkway through to Lookout Road and the coastal parkland, then down stairways to the sandy beach below. An alternate route is via the end Hodgson Street. The shops and cafes along The Terrace are also within each reach - just a 3 minute walk around the corner from this property.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
