The front door opens into an open plan living area. There is a comfortable couch, wall-mounted TV with streaming services and seating at the kitchen bench. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and a collection of dishes, cookware and utensils.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

A split-system air-conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensures a comfortable stay.

Outside the front door is a private and securely fenced courtyard, complete with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and a tranquil garden.

Take a 4 minute stroll around the corner to the beautiful Barwon River which has a walking and cycling pathway that runs beside the sandy river bank. There is a boat ramp just a few hundred metres away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. There are an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as nearby golf courses and wineries. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.
