Banana is a delightful retro style holiday house that is located close to the beach and shops.

A ramp from the front garden leads up to this elevated home, arriving at a huge light-filled open plan living area with raked ceilings which is air-conditioned for year round comfort. There is a retro lounge suite, Smart TV with Netflix and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

There is a second living room with a cosy lounge suite, Sony Playstation and an old school VHS movie library and player.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 13 people.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside is a huge elevated entertaining deck with a dining table, seating and a gas BBQ. This overlooks the garden below which is fully fenced and has a large area of lawn. Underneath the deck is a sheltered area with bench seating.

There is off-street parking for up to three vehicles.

Leave the car behind and take a 7 minute stroll to the beautiful sandy main beach. The heart of Ocean Grove, with its shops, cafes and cafes, is only a 5 minute walk away.

Ocean Grove is one of the Bellarine Peninsula's most popular holiday towns. The surf beach is one of the best places to learn how to surf, while the stretches of sand along the mouth of the Barwon River offer great swimming spots. Excellent golf courses and wineries are nearby. All this is just 20 minutes from the centre of Geelong and 25 minutes from the start of the Great Ocean Road at Torquay.

A refundable $250 deposit will be required and paid together with the booking and will be returned within 3 days after check out.

Minimum stay is 2 nights during weekends and 3 to 5 nights during peak periods.
