Cuttriss by the Beach is an exceptional two storey holiday home with water views.

This truly enormous home boasts two kitchens, three bathrooms, two laundries, and a purpose built games room with a ¾ size billiard table and table tennis table. There is even a childrens play room and an outdoor hot tub. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in all livings areas makes this property comfortable all through the year.

From the upstairs living room, step out onto the sheltered deck which has an outdoor setting, BBQ, cafe blinds and water views.

Cuttriss by the Beach has 6 bedrooms and can sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 16

There is a double carport and long driveway, providing plenty of parking for several vehicles and a boat.

Cuttriss by the Beach is located 150 metres from the calm waters of Anderson Inlet with its sandy beach and coastal pathway. The boat ramp is close by, and a 15 minute walk takes you into the town centre of Inverloch where there are two hotels, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and an assortment of shops.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
