Surf Beach Retreat

Surf Beach Retreat is a traditional beach house, located within an easy walk of the beach.

The front living room is drenched in natural light and includes large wall mounted Smart TV, a relaxing couch and arm chairs. A sliding glass door opens onto the wide front verandah which has bench seating.

Next to the front living room is the kitchen and dining area which has an 8 seat dining table, Coonara wood heater (some wood provided) and an air-conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

At the rear of the home is a lounge room with smart TV, DVD player, movie library, another Coonara wood heater and air-conditioner. Large windows and a sliding door overlook the rear covered deck which has an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.

Surf Beach Retreat has 4 bedrooms, each with an air-conditioner, and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

• Bedroom 3 - queen bed, set of single bunks
• Bedroom 4 - queen bed
• Rear living room - double sofa bed (one person)

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The European laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The backyard is fully fenced and includes a hot outdoor shower, a fire pit, tree swing and a set of childrens monkey bars.

While the garage is not available for use, the single carport and driveway provide space for up to 4 vehicles including a boat.

The nearby sandy surf beach is approximately a 5 minute walk away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
