This two storey property at Surf Beach is your true holiday paradise with plenty of room for an entire family or group to unwind.

Downstairs is an open plan living area with comfortable couches, a 42 inch TV with an extensive movie library, Coonara wood fire heater and dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, wall oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and fridge. Walk through the reading room to the theatre room where you can stream all of your favourite content on the state of the art visual and sound system.

A staircase near the front door leads to the upstairs living area which includes a 65 inch TV with Netflix. All rooms on this level enjoy spectacular views of either the sand dunes, surrounding countryside or the water.

This home has 4 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

A sliding glass door from the downstairs living area opens onto a covered deck with a bubbling outdoor hot spa pool. This overlooks a covered BBQ area, a paved courtyard with an outdoor setting and the front lawn.

The highlight of this property is the private indoor 12 metre swimming pool. It is kept steadily heated at 32 degrees, making it perfect for everyone you enjoy at any time of the year.

Island Escape by the Beach is set on a 1400m² block, providing lots of room for kids to play in the fully fenced yard or in their own private playground. There is also ample space to park vehicles, boats or jet skis.

This property is located across the road from large sand dunes which are home to wallabies. Take a 5 minute walk along a track that traverses the dunes and down to one of Phillip Island's best beaches. For those that enjoy surfing or fishing, look no further.

Island Escape by the Beach is on the doorstep of breathtaking beaches and within a short drive of Phillip Island's major attractions including the famous Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Circuit, Churchill Island, A Maze'N Things, Phillip Island Wildlife Park, Koala Conservation Reserve and The Nobbies. Take a 3 minute drive to a selection of eateries at Cape Woolamai, a 7 minute drive over the bridge to San Remo or 10 minutes to the island's largest town of Cowes with its extensive range of shops, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful beach at the jetty.
