Infinity at Surf Beach is a uniquely styled holiday home, located only a short walk from the stunning surf beach.

This home has been beautifully designed and is styled to complement its 1970s aesthetic. Inside are fascinating vintage finds and a mixture of eclectic and up-cycled items.

The cosy living room features a relaxing lounge suite, a wall-mounted Smart TV, wood heater (bring your own wood) and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The adjacent dining room has a table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, stovetop espresso maker, coffee plungers, sandwich press, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Infinity at Surf Beach has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

Glass doors from the dining area open onto a large entertaining deck which wraps around two sides of the home, complete with a gas BBQ and a table that seats 8 people. The deck overlooks the fenced side and rear gardens where there is a fire pit (bring your own wood) and a second deck with seating that has a hot outdoor shower.

Within the back garden is a separate games room. It has a table tennis table, bar fridge, various board games, jigsaws, books and magazines, drawing paper and pencils, yoga mats and toys. Be entertained with family games of quoits, bocce and giant dominoes. There is also beach gear including a cricket set, boogie boards and fishing equipment.

The coastal garden surrounding this home is stunningly landscaped and features extensive outdoor lighting. Guests are welcome to help themselves to items in the herb garden and also the seasonal hot house. No pesticides are used, and mixed planting has been done with full consideration of the coastal environment. Numerous birds and rabbits visit the property.

Infinity at Surf Beach has been set up to be as environmentally friendly as possible with a number of solar panels and energy efficient electrical appliances.

There is parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway behind the side gate.

Take a 350 metre walk to Surf Beach Community Park where there is a BBQ shelter, community edible garden and water taps. Kids will love the playground which includes a slide, climbing wall, rope net climbing frame, rocker and bird nest swing.

Walk just a couple of minutes to the end of the street and across vegetated sand dunes to the stunning surf beach. A 9 minute drive will take you into either the heart of Cowes or San Remo for extensive dining options. The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is only a 6 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
