Adnajur

Adnajur is a contemporary two storey holiday home that overlooks the sand dunes and foreshore at Surf Beach.

Upstairs is a spacious air-conditioned open plan living area with large windows that bathe the area in lots of natural light. There are several couches, a TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the lounge area opens onto a large corner deck with an outdoor dining table that provides views of the coastal sand dunes. There is a second smaller deck with seating that is accessed via a sliding glass door from the dining area.

Downstairs is a rumpus room which also functions as a retreat and bedroom for kids. It has couches, a TV, DVD player, movie library with over 30 titles, sound system, books, board games and a table tennis table.

Adnajur has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and a second fridge.

The landscaped yard surrounding this home is fully fenced, providing a good place for children to play safely. Within the garden is a hot outdoor shower, a table that seats 8 people and additional seating.

There is space for one vehicle on the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.

Walking to the beach takes only a couple of minutes. Simply cross the road and follow the walking track through the coastal scrub, over the sand dunes and down to the sand below.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
