The Deck House

The Deck House is a stunning two storey beach home that is close to the beach and offers mesmerising water views.

The upstairs living area is the jewel in the crown of this magnificent property. This spacious air-conditioned open plan area has large windows that provide panoramic views of the ocean as well as the surrounding native bush. There are relaxing couches in front of a wood heater, a TV with Apple TV, a corner window seat and a dining table that seats up to 8 people. The kitchen has bi-fold servery windows to the deck and is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, large fridge, dishwasher, pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Step out onto the huge deck which wraps around three sides of the upper level. There is an outdoor table and gas BBQ which is perfect for any time of the day as you immerse yourself in the breathtaking water and rural views.

Downstairs is a second living room which has large windows that overlook the surrounding garden and bush. There is a wall mounted TV with Apple TV, couches, chairs and a small kitchenette with a microwave oven.

The Deck House has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the front of the home is a covered deck with outdoor seating that overlooks a shady fully fenced yard which has an outdoor shower.

The Deck House is located near the end of a quiet court in one of the best spots at Smiths Beach. Exit the back gate of the property and walk just 2 minutes along a grassy path next to the nature reserve to the accessible ramp which descends to the golden sands of the main beach. Alternatively, walk to the entrance of the court and down steps which traverse the cliff and take you right down to the sand. A 4 minute walk will take you to the local general store and cafe. The Phillip Islands Grand Prix Circuit is only 3 kilometres away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
