Surfside is an iconic beach house perched near the cliff's edge, offering stunning beach and water views.

This two storey home is a local landmark with its pyramid-shaped upper roof and huge windows that frame views of the ocean and rugged coastline.

The front door of this split-level home opens into an air-conditioned cosy lounge room with a corner sofa. A few steps up is the light-filled open plan living area which is also air-conditioned and has a wood heater. There is a set of couches in front of a huge corner window that looks out directly to the ocean, a 48 inch Smart TV with DVD player, and a collection of board games and reading material. The meals area has a tall dining table and a kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Head upstairs for the best views in the house. The upper level features a soaring cathedral ceiling and a sitting area with windows on two sides that provide panoramic views of the beach and coastal bushland.

Surfside has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A door from the kitchen area opens onto a huge deck that wraps around a corner of the home. On the deck is an outdoor table that seats 10 people and a gas BBQ. It is a great spot to relax and take in the views in all directions.

In the backyard is a fire pit and an outdoor hot shower.

Up to four vehicles, including a boat, can be parked on the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Surfside is one of the closest homes to the water in Smiths Beach, located at the end of the access road to YCW Beach. From the front yard, walk across the car park and down the steps to the sandy beach at the bottom of the cliffs. The local general store is an 8 minute walk from the home. Phillip Island's Grand Prix Circuit, which stages a number of major racing events, is only 2 kilometres away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
