Seanic at Smiths

Seanic at Smiths is a recently renovated two storey home that has a lovely rural outlook, just a short walk from the beach.

Upstairs is the main open plan living area of the home. This large air-conditioned area is bright and light with a corner lounge suite, wall-mounted TV with Chromecast and Optus Sport, and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully appointed and is equipped with an electric oven and cooktop, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and a selection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Sliding glass doors at both ends of this living area open onto a huge wrap around covered deck with a dining table, chairs and gas BBQ. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on this level.

Downstairs is a second living area. It features a couch and bean bags in front of a TV that has a DVD player, Chromecast and Playstation 4. There is also a table tennis table and foosball table. This area is heated with an electric oil heater. A combined laundry and bathroom is also located on this level.

Two external staircases provide access between both floors. This makes it ideal for two groups who want to share this home but who want some individual privacy.

Seanic at Smiths has 4 bedrooms, each with an electric oil heater, and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.

Outside is a huge enclosed yard which is perfect for kids to play in. The wide driveway provides ample parking for up to 4 cars and also boats. There is space on the nature strip for more vehicles.

Seanic at Smiths is located less than 500 metres from YCW Beach which is popular amongst those who are learning to surf. Take an 8 minute walk to Smiths Bar & Beach Food for great coffee and food.

All of Phillip Island's major attractions are within easy reach. Drive just 2 minutes to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, 3 minutes to A Maze'N Things theme park and the Koala Conservation Reserve, 7 minutes to the heart of bustling Cowes and 9 minutes to the famous Penguin Parade.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
