Rhyll View is a modern two storey townhouse located just around the corner from the beach in a quiet area of Rhyll.

The front door opens into a huge open plan living area. The sitting area consists of two couches in front of a 75 inch Smart TV, a stunning gas log fireplace and a meals area with a dining table that seats 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, built-in Bertazzoni steam oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is a second living room. It features a corner lounge suite, 65 inch Smart TV, some books and games. A sliding door opens onto a small balcony which overlooks the front of the property.

Rhyll View has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

  • Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, 55 inch Smart TV
  • Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen bed
  • Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed, walk-in robe

There is zoned ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling system throughout the home, ensuring year round comfort.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a covered deck complete with a dining table that seats 10 people and a gas BBQ. The surrounding small yard is fully fenced and private.

The large double garage has direct internal access to the home and has a fold-up table tennis table. Two cars can be parked in the garage, with space for another 2 vehicles or a boat in the visitor car park. Street parking is also available.

Walk 2 minutes to the end of the street and across the grassy foreshore to the sandy swimming beach. Nearby is a cafe and a fish and chips shop. Take an 8 minute drive into the heart of Cowes for an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

For extended families or larger groups, combine Rhyll View with the next door property Rhyll Delight, which is a 3 bedroom townhouse that sleeps 6 people, into Rhyll Family Escape which then provides a total of 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
