Rhyll Seaside Penthouse is a stunning two level beachfront holiday apartment with uninterrupted water views.
This luxurious holiday property is ideally suited to multiple families or a group thanks to living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels, allowing the apartment to be shared while still maintaining a level of privacy.
Downstairs is a huge open plan living area that offers stunning water views through its large windows which open onto a covered beach facing balcony. This living area is air-conditioned and includes a lounge setting, 70 inch Smart TV, DVD player with a movie library and a dining table which seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A door from the kitchen leads to a second air-conditioned living room that features a chaise sofa, a book library for children, an assortment of board games and a 4-in-1 game table with foosball, table tennis, pool and air hockey. There is a laundry equipped with a washing machine.
Upstairs is another large open plan living area with water views. It opens onto a large open air terrace with sun loungers and a two person hammock. Enjoy 180 degree views over Western Port to the Bass Coast, French Island and Churchill Island. The sunrises from here are simply breathtaking. The living area is air-conditioned and includes a sofa, 56 inch TV with Chromecast and a dining table that seats 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine, fridge, 30 bottle wine fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The front terrace wraps around to a smaller rear terrace that faces inland and includes a sauna.

Rhyll Seaside Penthouse is part of a group of apartments in the heart of Rhyll that directly fronts the water. On the ground floor of the complex is a lovely cafe, while a one minute walk away is a fish and chips shop. Walk 6 minutes inland to Rhyll's general store which offers a range of basic groceries and takeaway food.
Cross the road and you will be on the sandy swimming beach. 200 metres away is a boat ramp.
Guests have access to one dedicated car parking spot. Extensive free parking is available across the road, fronting the water.
Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
