Retreat at Rhyll is a delightful two storey family holiday home with living areas on both levels, located within a short walk of the beach.

Upstairs is the main living area of this home. It consists of a dining table, 50 inch Smart TV with soundbar, Foxtel, DVD player and a selection of movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, rice cooker, sandwich press, vitamiser, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Downstairs is a second living area. This open plan space includes a large corner couch, 65 inch Smart TV with Foxtel, foosball table, cosy wood heater (some wood provided to get you started) and a fantastic bar area.

Both upstairs and downstairs living areas have reverse-cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort.

Retreat at Rhyll has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

Enjoy the extensive outdoor living areas of this home. The upstairs living area opens onto a partially covered wrap around deck where you can enjoy glimpses of the water through the trees. There is also a fully covered seating area complete with a bench dining table, wall mounted electric heaters and a stand-alone gas heater. Along the side of the house and directly accessible from the downstairs living area is fully covered patio with a built-in gas BBQ, a gas BBQ on wheels and outdoor setting.

The backyard is securely fenced and has an area of grass where children can play.

Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway behind the secure carport door. There is also space for another vehicle or boat on the driveway. The garage, which is not accessible to guests, has a basketball ring affixed to it.

The sandy bay beach is an easy 5 minute stroll through residential streets from this home.

Take a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk into the small beachfront town centre of Rhyll where you will find a couple of food outlets. Alternatively, the town centre of Cowes, with its extensive selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, is only a 7 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
