Casa Zia is a stylish and comfortable holiday home where you can enjoy a truly relaxing stay just a short walk from the beach.

This bright and airy two storey home has living areas on both levels, making it ideal for a large or extended family, or a group of friends to share.

The upstairs living area is a spacious open plan space with windows on all sides. It includes comfortable couches, a huge Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop, fridge and dishwasher. A bathroom is located on this level. Sliding glass doors open onto a large wrap-around balcony which provides panoramic views of the bay in the distance.

Downstairs is the second living area. It consists of a large dining room with a table that seats 8 people and an adjacent meals area with another dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas cooktop, wall oven, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Also on this level are the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.

This home has 5 downstairs bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

Split system air-conditioning in both the living areas and ducted heating throughout the home provides comfort all year round.

Surrounding the home on three sides are extensive decks and verandahs that overlook the garden, providing sheltered entertaining areas complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Large areas of lawn surround the home, behind tall fences, providing privacy and safe areas for children to play.

Casa Zia is located in the small Bellarine Peninsula coastal town of Indented Head. Walk 5 minutes to the lovely sandy bay beach with its crystal clear waters, or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the foreshore walkway which extends for several kilometres along the coast.

The local Indented Head general store is located one kilometre from Casa Zia, otherwise take a 5 kilometre drive along the coast into the centre of St Leonards where there are shops, a supermarket, cafes and a beachfront hotel. Head 6 kilometres along the coast in the other direction to the larger town of Portarlington where a ferry can take you by water to Geelong or Melbourne. A 25 minute drive away is the historic town of Queenscliff which has several hotels, restaurants, a maritime museum, harbour and a car and passenger ferry that connects to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Bellarine Peninsula offers an exciting array of attractions and activities for visitors. From the bustling city of Geelong to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, fresh seafood, an assortment of wineries and a major theme park, it appeals to those of all ages. It is also the gateway to the Great Ocean Road - famous for stunning coastal scenery and world-class surfing spots.

Strictly no parties or gatherings at this property.

Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't meet our age requirements but would love to stay.

Nightly rates from:

$250 to $990

Rates based on 6 guests, twin share. Up to 9 guests permitted.

$300 cleaning fee and $120 booking fee per stay applies.

Minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights. During peak season, which includes special events, sports events, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights applies, with premium rates in effect. For further details, please enquire.

A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
