12 Bell Retreat

12 Bell Retreat is a beautifully appointed two storey holiday home that offers beachside living at its best. It is one of only a few absolute beachfront properties on the Bellarine Peninsula.

On the ground level is a large air-conditioned open plan living space with a spacious lounge room that includes a wood fire. The adjacent dining area has a 10 seat table and space for another 6 people on the island bench. The incredibly appointed kitchen has a double wall oven, steam oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, bread maker, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and butlers pantry. Huge windows from the living area overlook the surrounding outdoor deck and the bay. There is a second lounge room which includes a TV, book library, board games and a pool table.

Upstairs is third living room with a TV and panoramic water views, which is perfect as a parents retreat.

This home has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

Situated on a 2,000 square metre beachfront allotment, this is your very own private resort. There is a generous sized pool and spa, surrounded by a deck that has sun lounges, couches and bean bags. Along the back of the home is a large deck with a table and BBQ which overlooks the garden and water. Enjoy outdoor beachside dining at its finest with the sound of the water lapping at the shore. The garden around the home is secure and private, with ample vehicle parking and plenty of room for kids to play. There is a basketball ring and guests are provided with bikes, scooters, bats and balls.

Direct access to the beach is provided through gates which open onto a scenic walking track that extends along the coast.

Explore the nearby Bellarine Peninsula coastal towns which are within a short drive of St Leonards, or take a 25 minute drive into the heart of Geelong for excellent restaurants and great shopping.
